Pizzeria Concettina ai Tre Santi

In this place full of history where Totò was born and where Sophia Loren acted in the movie L’Oro di Napoli the young Ciro Oliva is a predestinated: Ciro is the son of Antonio Oliva, heir of the fourth generation of the family. The story of Concettina ai Tre Santi begun in 1951 when Concettina Flessigno Oliva, Ciro’s great grandmother was baking fried pizzas in her house for the entire Rione Sanità district. The name Concettina ai Tre Santi comes from the shrine that rapresents tre saints just beside the entrance of the pizzeria. The saits are San Vincenzo Ferrari, protector of Rione Sanità, Sant’Alfons Maria de’ Liguori, protector of the walls of the pizzeria and Sant’Anna the sait to which Sant’Alfons was devoted to.
